With over 25 years of experience in marketing, operations, and business administration, I specialize in helping companies— from breweries and personal brands to dance studios and more—streamline their processes, increase enrollment, and elevate their brand. At Deleg8 Virtual Solutions, I provide CRM management, customer service, billing & collections, and digital marketing solutions tailored to businesses that want to scale without the overwhelm.
I've worn many hats in my career—literally! From crafting decorative potpourri hats at age 12 to co-founding a successful craft brewery in Florida, my entrepreneurial journey has shaped how I approach business growth. I am a graduate of Florida State College of Jacksonville with an Associates Degree in Business Administration. I am currently attending Western Carolina University seeking a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. While I currently reside in Statesville, North Carolina with my husband and children, I manage clients in a variety of industries across the continental US.
