Yes to all of the above! StudioSync, Dance Motion Marketing and StudioHub are all Agency-branded versions of the HighLevel CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) platform. We are not only familiar with navigating your leads and pipelines, we also have extensive experience with setting up automations, running campaigns and supporting your existing infrastructure too! How do you work virtually with your clients?

One of the great things about working with a virtual assistant is our ability to work efficiently, remotely! It begins with a weekly or monthly video call (depending on your service package) with your Project Lead. From here, we work with you to discuss your studio’s current projects and priorities, chat about upcoming events and important dates. We then create our task list and get to work implementing changes and helping you manage your business. We report routinely to you through weekly email updates and are always available by email, text or you can schedule a call as needed.

Do you have Packages?

While we do have support packages for Leads Management, Billing or Marketing, we pride ourselves in tailoring each package specifically to our client’s needs and leaving out all of the “fluff”. At Deleg8, you don’t pay for services you don’t need or utilize!
